Carried out with the support of the Inter-American Development Bank, the Graduate was proposed in 2021 by the two institutions to the Ministry of Education of Argentina, receiving approval and funding through the  <a href=\"https:\/\/campusglobal.educacion.gob.ar\/\">Campus Argentina Global Program<\/a>, with the goal of favoring the acquisition of knowledge and academic, scientific and professional skills in strategic areas for the country&#8217;s development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer eplus-wrapper\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\" id=\"tw-target-text\">Coordinated by Prof. <a href=\"http:\/\/iesp.uerj.br\/docentes-pol\/carlos-roberto-sanchez-milani\">Carlos R. S. Milani<\/a> (coordinator of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.labmundo.org\/\">LABMUNDO<\/a>), the course addresses current problems in the areas of Political Science and International Relations, with a focus in Latin America, forming 26 students selected from different regions of Argentina in these areas. Starting in April 2022, it will feature subjects taught by eight professors drawn from the Institute&#8217;s and EPyG-UNSAM&#8217;s faculty bodies. In addition to the remote classes, an in-person Seminar will be held between August 1st and 5th, in Buenos Aires, with the presence of the students, professors and other guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer eplus-wrapper\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The 5 subjects of the Course, to be offered in Spannish, are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><li> <strong>Econom\u00eda pol\u00edtica de Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong>, with professors <a href=\"http:\/\/iesp.uerj.br\/docentes-pol\/fabiano-guilherme-mendes-santos\">Fabiano Santos<\/a> (IESP-UERJ) and Ximena Simpson (UNSAM).<\/li><li><strong>Partidos pol\u00edticos y representaci\u00f3n en Brasil y Argentina<\/strong>, with professors <a href=\"http:\/\/iesp.uerj.br\/docentes-pol\/fernando-h-guarnieri\">Fernando Guarnieri<\/a> (IESP-UERJ) and Roc\u00edo Annunziata (UNSAM).<\/li><li><strong>Pol\u00edtica, ambiente y cambio clim\u00e1tico en Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong>, with professors Carlos R. S. Milani (IESP-UERJ) and Ricardo Guti\u00e9rrez (UNSAM).<\/li><li><strong>Tolerancia a los intolerantes en sociedades democr\u00e1ticas: tensiones te\u00f3ricas y normativas<\/strong>, with Professor <a href=\"http:\/\/iesp.uerj.br\/docentes-pol\/san-romanelli-assumpcao\">San Romanelli Assump\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> (IESP-UERJ).<\/li><li><strong>Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional al Desarrollo<\/strong>, with professors Carlos R.
