Graduate in Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (1980), holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (1988) and a PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (1995). CNPq Productivity in Research Scholarship, level 2, Scientist of Our State at FAPERJ. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, is an adjunct professor at IESP-UERJ and coordinator of the Foreign Policy Agendas and Actors Research Center (Neaape<\/a>). She was an adjunct professor at the Institute of International Relations of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (1997-2014), editor of the Brazilian Political Science Review from the Brazilian Political Science Association, with Gilberto Hochman (Fiocruz), between 2006 and 2012. She was Visiting Research Associate at the Brazilian Studies Programme\/ Latin American Studies at the University of Oxford in 2012. He is a specialist in Brazilian Foreign Policy, working mainly on the following topics: decision-making, south-south cooperation, democracy and foreign policy, foreign policy analysis. Has publiched several articles in national and international journals on contemporary Brazilian foreign policy. She was Executive Secretary of the Brazilian Association of Political Science (2006-2008).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
