Eli Diniz is a retired Full Professor from the IE\/UFRJ. She was the Coordinator of the Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Public Policies, Strategies and Development (IE\/UFRJ\/Institute Oswaldo Cruz\/Fiocruz\/Ministry of Health (from March 2007 to September 2008) and Researcher level 1-A of the CNPq, until March 2008. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the IUPERJ (1971), and a PhD in Political Science from the S\u00e3o Paulo University (USP; 1978). She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Toulouse Le-Mirail, in the Fondation Nationale des Sciences Politiques, in France, in 1983, as well as at the Center for Latin American Studies, University of Florida, United States, in 1984. She has been Visiting Professor at the Center of Brazilian Studies (Ceb), at the University of Salamanca, in 2003, and at the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset for the PhD Program in Contemporary Latin America, from 2005 to 2008. She currently is Visiting Professor in the Master’s program \u201cContemporary Latin America and its relations with the European Union: a strategic cooperation\u201d (coordinated by Prof. Dr. Pedro P\u00e9rez Herrera), at the Universidad de Alcal\u00e1 de Henares, teaching the course \u201cBrazil & Southern Cone\u201d. She has been Coordinator of the Instituto de Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia em Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas, Estrat\u00e9gias e Desenvolvimento (INCT\/PPED) from 2009 to 2011, and Coordinator, along with Renato Boschi, of the research project \u201cA Constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Nova Agenda: Elites Estrat\u00e9gicas e Desenvolvimento\u201d since November 27, 2008.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1487,"template":"","vincula\u00e7\u00e3o":[],"area":[],"cargo_diretoria":[],"blocksy_meta":{"styles_descriptor":{"styles":{"desktop":"","tablet":"","mobile":""},"google_fonts":[],"version":5}},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
