Under the supervision of Prof. <a href=\"https:\/\/iesp.uerj.br\/en\/pesquisador\/guilherme-leite-goncalves\/\">Guilherme Leite Gon\u00e7alves<\/a>, she is developing the research project \u2018Therapeutic communities and drug policies in Rio de Janeiro: The state, the criminal justice system, and the dispute over public funds,\u2019 funded by the Foundation for Research Support of the State of Rio de Janeiro (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.faperj.br\/\">Faperj<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masters in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (<a href=\"https:\/\/direito.ufrj.br\/\">FND-UFRJ<\/a>) and graduate in Law from the Federal University of Bahia (<a href=\"https:\/\/direito.ufba.br\/\">UFBA<\/a>), she serves as a researcher in the Clandestine Group for Studies on Control, Cities and Prisons (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/grupoclandestinobahia\/?locale=pt_BR\">Clandestino<\/a>) and the Laboratory for Criticism and Alternatives to Prison (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/criticasealternativasaprisao\/?locale=pt_BR\">LABCAP<\/a>), in addition to practising as a legal professional.
