He is a Professor of <a href=\"https:\/\/iesp.uerj.br\/en\/graduate-programs\/sociology\/\">Sociological Theory<\/a> at the Institute for Social and Political Studies and a Professor of Sociology of Law at the Law School, Rio de Janeiro State University (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.direito.uerj.br\/\">UERJ<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fu-berlin.de\/en\/einrichtungen\/fachbereiche\/fb\/jura\/index.html\">FU-Berlin)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-bremen.de\/\">Universit\u00e4t Bremen<\/a> as a Georg Forster Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (2011-2013). He was also a Visiting Lecturer (2024) and Humboldt-Fellow at the Department of Political Theory at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-kassel.de\/fb05\/en\/fachgruppen-und-institute\/politikwissenschaft\/fachgebiete\/politische-theorie\/political-theory\">Universit\u00e4t Kassel<\/a> (2018\u20132019), a Senior Fellow at the DFG-Kolleg Postwachstumsgesellschaften at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-jena.de\/\">Friedrich-Schiller-Universit\u00e4t Jena<\/a> (2017\u20132018), and a Visiting Fellow at the International Research Network <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desigualdades.net\/\">DesiguALdades.net<\/a> at Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin (2015\u20132016). Additionally, he served as an Associate Lecturer in the M.A. program Interdisciplinary Latin American Studies (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lai.fu-berlin.de\/\">LAI<\/a>) at Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin (2013\u20132014).
