He was a Postdoctoral researcher at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (<meta http-equiv=\"content-type\" content=\"text\/html; charset=utf-8\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cebrap.org.br\/\">Cebrap<\/a>) and at UFMG, a postdoctoral resident at IESP-UERJ, a Professor-tutor at the S\u00e3o Paulo School of Economics (<meta http-equiv=\"content-type\" content=\"text\/html; charset=utf-8\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eesp.fgv.br\/\">EESP\/FGV<\/a>), and a visiting researcher at the Department of Political Science at the <meta http-equiv=\"content-type\" content=\"text\/html; charset=utf-8\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.essex.ac.uk\/departments\/government\">University of Essex<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is a researcher at the Center for Legislative Studies (<meta http-equiv=\"content-type\" content=\"text\/html; charset=utf-8\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.centroestudoslegislativos.com.br\/\">CEL-DCP\/UFMG<\/a>) and the Center for Political Institutions and Elections (NIPE\/Cebrap).
