Adjunct Professor of Political Science at the Institute of Social and Political Studies of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IESP-UERJ) and PhD in Political Science from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (PPGCP-FAFICH-UFMG<\/a>). He was a Postdoctoral researcher at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (Cebrap<\/a>) and at UFMG, a postdoctoral resident at IESP-UERJ, a Professor-tutor at the S\u00e3o Paulo School of Economics (EESP\/FGV<\/a>), and a visiting researcher at the Department of Political Science at the University of Essex<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a researcher at the Center for Legislative Studies (CEL-DCP\/UFMG<\/a>) and the Center for Political Institutions and Elections (NIPE\/Cebrap).
