He also serves as an assistant to the <a href=\"https:\/\/conversatoriolatinoamericano.org\/\">Latin American Conversatory<\/a>, an initiative bringing together researchers from IESP-UERJ, the Universidad Torcuato di Tella (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.utdt.edu\/\">UTDT<\/a> \u2013 Argentina), El Colegio de M\u00e9xico (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.utdt.edu\/\">Colmex<\/a> \u2013 Mexico) and the Universidad de los Andes (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniandes.edu.co\/\">UniAndes <\/a>\u2013 Colombia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Former editor of <a href=\"https:\/\/opsa.com.br\/conjuntura-latitude-sul\/\">Conjuntura Latitude Sul <\/a>and the <a href=\"https:\/\/opsa.com.br\/boletim-opsa\/\">OPSA Bulletin<\/a>. Has articles published in journals such as the OPSA Bulletin and the <a href=\"https:\/\/neaape.com.br\/boletim-neaape\/\">NEAAPE Bulletin<\/a>, as well as book chapters and contributions to thematic anthologies. He regularly participates in conferences, seminars and academic events in the fields of foreign policy, Latin America, public policy and international security, and provides interviews and commentary to the media on the political situation in Latin American countries. His areas of interest include public policy, comparative foreign policy, Brazil\u2019s international policy, interest groups, nuclear policy, Latin America and institutional analysis.
