PhD and MA in Political Science from the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (IFCH-UFRGS<\/a>), Bruno Marques Schaefer is Professor of Political Science at IESP-UERJ. He acts as an associate researcher of the Brazilian Legislative Observatory (OLB<\/a>) and the Laboratory of Electoral Studies, Political Communication and Public Opinion (DOXA<\/a>), and as replicability editor of Revista Dados<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formerly, he received a grant from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS Brasil<\/a>) for the study of political parties, was a consultant for the Brazilian Superior Electoral Court (TSE<\/a>) for the systematisation of electoral norms and was a professor in the Department of Political Science at UFRGS<\/a>.
